We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our WW Ops Finance Standardization and Automation team at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and execution for our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders
- Design and develop products to delight Finance customers at scale
- Be an evangelist, promoting new features to customers, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while simultaneously protecting and enhancing the customer experience
- Identify new opportunities for S&A to innovate on behalf of our customers
About You
- You're an accountable, hands-on problem-solver with a positive attitude, who lets nothing stand in the way
- You know how to clarify the path forward and prioritize work
- You know how to influence others
- You're a natural collaborator equally comfortable talking business process with operation leaders, tech with developers, user experience with designers, positioning with product marketers, numbers with finance and marketing, and strategy with executive leadership

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as QuickSight, QuicksightQ, Tableau
A Day in the Life
The ideal candidate is passionate about products, has strong product development and process design skills, as well as exceptional project management abilities. The candidate will have demonstrated experience in building and managing teams. They should also be comfortable dealing with unbounded ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
