Senior Product Manager, WW Ops Finance Standardization and Automation

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our WW Ops Finance Standardization and Automation project. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and execution for our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a Product/Program Management framework to ensure completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders.
- Design and develop products to delight finance customers at scale.
- Be an evangelist, promoting new features to customers, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while protecting and enhancing the customer experience.
- Identify new opportunities for S&A to innovate on behalf of our customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
- Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting, and launching analytic products.
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Experience using analytical tools, such as QuickSight, QuicksightQ, Tableau.

You're a natural collaborator equally comfortable talking business process with operation leaders, tech with developers, user experience with designers, positioning with product marketers, numbers with finance and marketing, and strategy with executive leadership.
