About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care team at Enfield Council. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and well-being for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Assistant OTs, Social Workers, and other professionals to deliver a seamless service to our service users.
  • Utilize a strength-based approach to promote service user choice and control in their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support service users in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and service users on occupational therapy principles and practices.
Requirements
  • Registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Post-qualifying experience in health and social care, including community placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
