Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients, including activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive training.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of occupational therapy services.
Requirements:
  • Relevant professional degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in rehabilitation settings is desirable.
