Dalkia UK is seeking an exceptional Document Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurately managed and disseminated throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including bid teams, commercial teams, and operational teams, to maintain effective stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless communication. Your expertise in corporate governance and process management will be crucial in upholding the company's values and behaviours.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects according to Dalkia's ISO 19650 processes
  • Delivering day-to-day project deliverables, including management of the Dalkia Common Data Environment (CDE) processes
  • Supporting project teams and clients/main contractors through general project queries
  • Responsible for time management to support the team to deliver

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant qualifications, experience in edms like Asite, Aconex, or 4projects, and professional registration. Experience as a senior information manager or document controller will also be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career growth and development.
