About the Role:

Care and Support Assistants play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You will also support clients with their medication and assist with practical tasks such as shopping and mealtimes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be compassionate and able to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. You will also need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
