We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Prepare and submit quotations, and follow up with clients to ensure timely responses
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to client requests
- Act as a product champion, providing technical support and expertise to clients
- Manage client accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000
- Uncapped annual bonus of 10% - 20%
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days

- Proven sales and account management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn new products quickly and effectively promote services
