About the Role

Solihull Flooring Limited is a leading flooring supplier in Solihull and Birmingham, specializing in carpets and floors. We are seeking a skilled Flooring Sales Person to join our team in Hockley Heath.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable flooring options and provide product information.
  • Generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use sales, customer service, and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver goods locally to fitters and have a valid driver's license.
  • Provide flooring recommendations based on customer needs and have good math skills for in-house estimates.
  • Negotiate and problem-solve to meet customer needs.
  • Move and lift flooring samples, and assist with deliveries.
  • Be proficient in CRM systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Requirements
  • Sales and customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Physical ability to move and lift flooring samples.
  • Previous experience in sales or the flooring industry is an advantage.
