Job Description
Bruckshaw Associates is looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to join their team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and collaborating with the Financial Controller.

The key duties of this role include:
  • Managing payroll records, processing transactions, and maintaining compliance.
  • Authorizing timesheets, processing starters/leavers, and issuing P45's and P60's.
  • CALCULATING COMMISSIONS/BONUSES AND OVERTIME PAY.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 2 years' experience in payroll and possess skills such as self-motivation, high organization, and attention to detail. Experience in HR would be advantageous. The successful candidate will also receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
