Lettings Manager Opportunity

Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Lettings Manager to join their team in Canterbury. As a Lettings Manager, you will work closely with the team to download new properties and develop a strategy to match potential tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in real estate and lettings is essential.
  • Minimum of 6 months managerial experience in a similar role.
  • A full driving license is required.
  • Great customer service and leadership skills are necessary.

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £28,000 - £29,750.
  • On Target Earnings: £40,000 – £50,000 (uncapped).
  • £3,500 Car Allowance or Company Car.
  • 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off).
  • Holiday Commission.
  • 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday.
  • Pension contribution.
  • Life Insurance.
  • Company Rewards and Incentives.
  • Paid entry fees for charitable events.
