About the Role

As a Mental Health Support Specialist with CareTech UK, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults nationwide. Our company vision is to create a world where individuals can live independently and make their own decisions, achieving Extraordinary Days, Every Day.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Leeds. This rewarding opportunity offers a salary of £19,000 - £21,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a £500 Recommend a Friend Bonus and access to a wide range of training and development programmes.

About the Company

CareTech UK is a well-established healthcare provider offering specialist mental health services and adult care across the nation. Our homes are carefully located within thriving communities, providing a positive impact on the service experience of people with mental health difficulties.

Our Support Workers use a person-centred approach, measuring outcomes specifically to an individual's needs and evidence using our outcome-measuring tool. Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, with the disclosure expense met by the employer.

About You
  • You have experience in a caring environment, specialising in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism.
  • You are able to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • You possess good communication skills, allowing you to engage and interact with our Service Users.
  • You are confident to work alone and also be part of a team (family).
