About the Role

We are currently looking for a Tub Wash Operator to join our team at FBC UK. As a Tub Wash Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a smooth flow of clean and dirty tubs through the factory and to distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  2. Operate tub wash equipment to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitizing of tubs.
  3. Transfer clean tubs from tub wash to production lines and dispatch for Kirkham.
  4. Perform pre-start checks on tub wash equipment and conduct temperature checks.
  5. Deep clean tub wash equipment once a week, including allergen cleaning.
  6. Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless production flow.
  7. Identify and report any issues or concerns related to tub wash operations.
  8. Participate in training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic Food Safety and Health and Safety certifications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work within the tub wash team.
