About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tub Washing Specialist to join our team at Burton's Biscuits. As a key member of our factory operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of clean and dirty tubs through the factory and to distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a smooth flow of clean and dirty tubs through the factory and to distribution.
  2. Perform tub wash cleaning during shift and at the end of shift.
  3. Change chemicals as required.
  4. Clean lids and other equipment.
  5. Lift and pile tubs as needed.
  6. Supply dirty tubs and remove clean tubs.
  7. Remove waste, animal feed, and recyclables.
  8. Remove shrink wrap and tape from pallets.
  9. Load tubs onto the monorail.
  10. Pile clean tubs onto pallets.
  11. Transport full and empty pallets in and out of the factory.
  12. Perform pre-start checks on the tub wash and temperature checks.
  13. Participate in a deep clean of the tub wash once a week, including an allergen clean.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a factory environment and have experience with tub washing operations. Basic Food Safety and Behavioural Safety certifications are also required.
