Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Management Specialist to join our team at Goodstuff Communications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellence in implementation planning, investment, and campaign delivery, as well as managing junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong channel knowledge and understanding, which will translate into inventive implementation planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating briefs into Broadcast ideas and recommendations
  • Building strong relationships with relevant media owners
  • Recognising emerging Broadcast opportunities and proactively exploring them with the team
  • Writing and delivering clear and compelling presentations
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of the role Broadcast plays in the campaign channel mix and broader client strategy
  • Leading discussions in relevant client/team meetings
  • Demonstrating an inventive approach to campaign delivery challenges
  • Training junior team members on financial best practice and overseeing finance processes
  • Ensuring efficient management of invoicing processes and quick issue resolution
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent weekly completion of timesheets and those of direct reports
  • Cultivating strong Goodstuffer relationships across all departments
  • Taking on line management responsibility and helping grow and develop direct reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience in TV buying and reporting tools such as K2, Media Explorer, Advantage, DEN & Prisma
  • Brand-led media buying approach
  • Passion for Broadcast effectiveness and idea creation
  • Confident and articulate presentation skills
  • Experience in building media plans is ideal but not necessary
  • Ability to build impactful relationships with Media Owners, Clients directly & Goodstuffers
  • Confident, committed, and professional
  • Good knowledge of Broadcast and media best practice fundamentals
  • Can-do attitude and positive approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good team player with self-starter qualities
  • Creative, analytical, and numerical ability
  • Organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Ability to think around problems and get to inventive solutions
