We're looking for a Strategic Funding Director to lead the development of our Strategic Funding efforts, making a real difference to the lives of young people.

This is an exciting time to join the fundraising team, as we expand to meet the huge potential to raise more money to support our mission. We're engaging new funders and partners who share our drive to make Scouts accessible to more young people, growing our movement inclusively to reach those who would benefit most.

In this role, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to develop your strategic thinking and operational management skills, as well as your understanding of how a values-based organisation makes decisions and delivers for its members.
