Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Hall & Kay Fire Engineering. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading fire protection and security solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective audit and inspection programs to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with clients, managers, and colleagues to discuss findings and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Support the management of investigations into non-conformities and non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party certification bodies and support third-party audits as required.

Requirements:

  • Nebosh National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (essential).
  • Experience in a similar role within the fire engineering or construction industry (highly desirable).
  • Skillful in providing accurate and timely submission of written reports.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and option to buy 5 days and sell 2 days.

  • Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.45 – 16.40, Friday 8.45 – 16:00).
