Job Title: Children's Protection Specialist

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Children's Protection Specialist to join their Assessment Team in Hillingdon. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing risk and need, delivering protective or supportive services for children with child protection plans. This role involves implementing care plans, collaborating with parents and colleagues, and providing reports to child protection conferences.

The ideal candidate will have a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience in managing caseloads and supervising others. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assessing and identifying levels of risk and need
  • Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, families, and other providers
  • Providing verbal and written reports to child protection conferences
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic case records
  • Contributing to team meetings and organizational events


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Social work qualification with registration with Social Work England
  • Experience in managing social work caseloads and supervising others
  • Experience of community and/or group work
  • Knowledge of children's health and social care systems


This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
