Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide support to the finance team, focusing on bank processing and associated reporting, sales and purchase invoices, and month-end closes. The role requires strong prioritising ability, good communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Banking Operations:
    • Completing high volumes of bank transfers between corporate and client accounts.
    • Completing bank reconciliations.
    • Monitoring and actioning requests for funding sent by the business.
    • Data Processing.
  2. Financial Administration:
    • Assisting with some reconciliations work (both balance sheet and P&L).
  3. Invoicing and Expense Claims:
    • Preparing sales invoices and posting them to the finance system.
    • Capturing supplier invoices and adding to finance system.
    • Processing staff expense claims.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
