Role Overview

The Estates team at Boots is responsible for driving value out of the company's estate, supporting stores to trade, disposing of surplus property, and maximising income-producing opportunities.

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates System and Data Administrator to join our Nottingham Support Office. You will be working collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Mass uploading of recommended payments for Rates, Service Charges, Insurance, and Turnover rents.
  2. Updating the property system S.A.P Real Estate on a daily basis for all approved system updates, including Acquisitions, Rent reviews, Lease renewals, Business Partner changes, Disposals, and more.
  3. Dealing with a wide range of system queries resulting from the Estates team and other areas of the business.
  4. Providing calculations for Lease renewal and disposal completion statements with an element of reconciliation.
  5. Creating and maintaining Excel-based data reports.
  6. Assisting the System and Data Manager with the implementation of a new payments system and ad-hoc team projects.

Requirements

  • High-level competence in using Excel, including V look-ups and If statement experience.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including:
