Administrative Finance Specialist

We require an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Finance Specialist to join our finance team in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the wider finance team with essential tasks.
About the Position- You will take ownership of key financial responsibilities, including managing accounts payable and receivable by processing invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring accurate coding and posting in the COINS system, and reconciling supplier statements to resolve discrepancies.
- You will perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations, assist in preparing financial reports, and support the monthly and year-end close processes.
- Your role will also involve maintaining and updating financial records in COINS, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and producing ad hoc financial reports when required.
