We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supported Housing Coordinator to join our team in a retirement living service based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The successful candidate will work for one of the UK's largest providers in retirement living, contributing to the provision of high-quality care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To check the property for any repairs and report these as required.
  • Promote social inclusion within the service, fostering strong relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous housing experience, managing tenancies and void properties with ease.
  • Able to communicate effectively with residents, being approachable and easy to talk to.
  • A driving license would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £17 per hour, with 25 hours worked per week. This temporary ongoing position requires flexibility, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We offer a competitive rate of pay for the right candidate.
