About Us

Insafe International Ltd is a leading provider of secure solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Oxfordshire area.

About the Role

We require an individual with technical aptitude to carry out tasks at client locations throughout their designated area, usually within a 2-hour travel radius from home. This role would be suitable for those with hands-on experience and mechanical ability.

The duties will include:

  • Lock changes to doors
  • Code changes to coded door locks
  • Code changes to safe locks
  • Programming of electronic safe locks
  • Battery changes
  • Key cutting

Training and Support

As this role requires specialized skills, we provide comprehensive training to ensure successful candidates excel in their position. Our training program covers all aspects of the job, including programming electronic safe locks using laptops.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Technical aptitude and IT literacy
  • Previous experience in a similar field service role or customer service industry (desired but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently during remote site visits
  • A reasonable degree of physical fitness
  • A full valid UK driving license

Criminal Record Check

Due to the nature of this role within the security industry, applicants must undergo a CRB check. Please note that we do not consider individuals with a criminal record.

Compensation and Benefits

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £23,100 per annum plus overtime, a 42.5 hour standard week, and 20 days annual leave rising to 25 days, as well as National Holidays. Insafe International Ltd values its employees' well-being and provides a supportive work environment.
