About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Law Staff Limited. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, from file opening to post-completion tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of residential conveyancing cases, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct conveyancing matters on behalf of clients, maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Utilize our case management system to manage files and documents, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient case progression.
  • Provide exceptional client care, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective conveyancing processes and support the growth of our client base.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client due diligence.
Requirements
  • A Solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process.
  • Excellent business development skills, with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
  • Driven and highly motivated individual with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.
  • Able to work independently, managing their own workload efficiently, while also being a strong team player.
  • Demonstrates excellent client care skills, with a friendly and caring attitude.
  • Good IT skills and experience using case management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
