Role Overview

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, from file opening to post-completion, including registration and archiving.
  2. Conduct conveyancing matters efficiently on behalf of clients, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and promptly.
  3. Provide excellent client care, maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  4. Assist colleagues with conveyancing tasks and provide support when necessary.
  5. Handle all administrative duties related to conveyancing, including drafting contracts, preparing transfer deeds, and managing correspondence.
  6. Participate in business development activities to help grow the firm's client base and reputation.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client due diligence.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. A Solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  2. Strong understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process.
