Supporting Student Success Lead

The Supporting Student Success Lead will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers in a primary school setting. As a dedicated teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Job Description:- You will collaborate with the teacher to deliver high-quality education by supporting lesson planning, preparation, and delivery across various subjects and year groups.
- You will provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they are engaged and making progress.
- You will lead small group work and interventions, supporting students who need extra help to reach their learning objectives.
- Qualification: Relevant HLTA qualification or significant experience as a teaching assistant.
- Experience: Proven experience in a classroom setting, with a strong understanding of primary education and the curriculum.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to work effectively across different year groups and subjects.
- Commitment: A genuine passion for education and supporting students' learning and development.
- A competitive daily pay rate of £110-£118 per day.
