Job Opportunity: Business Analyst

About the Role:

Finitas is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and transformation by gathering requirements, creating user stories, and supporting the delivery of core business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and create user stories to support business growth and transformation
  • Work autonomously to deliver projects and support the MGA function
  • Liaise with stakeholders, SMEs, and affiliated companies to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of two new insurance management systems

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years+ contract Business Analyst experience in change management
  • Strong skills in JIRA and prior experience working on IT and systems change projects
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to work autonomously in an agile environment

Desirable Skills:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certified and/or Prince 2 Certified
  • Insurance management system delivery experience
  • Insurance background (e.g. underwriting, MGA, claims)

Contract Details:

  • Contract duration: 6 months+
  • Rate: £550 per day (Outside IR35)
  • Working arrangements: First week in office, then fully-remote
  • Equipment: Provided (laptop + company phone)
