We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Creative Gardens Donaghadee. As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist our Group Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

About the Role

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menus
