About the Role

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
