Job Title: Electronics Project Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Project Lead to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and sustainment of electronic hardware products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage NPI development, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.
- Experience with electronic assembly techniques and advanced Microsoft Professional experience required.
Requirements:
- Proven Project Management experience with Waterfall & Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electronics engineering, computer science).
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year (plus bank holidays).
- Pension scheme: we contribute 3% of your annual salary to a group pension plan.
