Job Title: Apprentice Insurance Broker

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading Lloyds Insurance Broker, is seeking an Apprentice Insurance Broker to join their growing Corporate Retail team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the insurance needs of customers, ensuring prompt document dispatch, and resolving issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support management and colleagues in achieving business objectives
  • Develop a thorough understanding of insurance basics, principles, and the broking market
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Deal with client, insurer, and third-party communications
  • Generate system correspondence and notify insurers of changes and new cover
  • Process and dispatch policy documentation, mid-term adjustments, and renewal review notices
  • Update records and pursue outstanding renewal premiums

Requirements:

  • On-target or completed 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above)
  • At least 5 GCSES (Grade C or above)
  • Strong IT skills and effective time management
  • Ability to work within a team or individually
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
