Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Truro, Cornwall. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, working closely with our experienced Nurse Managers to deliver person-centered care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work as part of our dynamic team, supporting individuals with complex care needs in their own homes. You will be responsible for overseeing health-related issues throughout the day and night, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care in line with personalized care plans
  • Work closely with Nurse Managers to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a proven track record of experience within this specialist area of healthcare at home.

  • Competitive salary: £14.00 per hour (plus enhancements for night and weekend shifts)
