Senior Clinical Fellow in Gynaecological Oncology

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Fellow to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a large tertiary cancer centre, providing top-quality gynaecological oncology training and contributing to the delivery of compassionate excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside the Gynaecological Oncology Team to provide comprehensive training in Gynaecological Oncology according to the ATSM in Gynaecological Oncology curriculum.
- Supervise inpatient and outpatient clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in research projects and present at national and international meetings, with support from the team.
- Develop and maintain surgical skills, with up to 40 hours of theatre time available for the Gynaecological Oncology team per week.
- Register with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists for Gynaecological Oncology Advanced Training Skills Module (ATSM).
- MBBS or equivalent qualification.
- Clinical training in Gynaecologic Oncology.
- Evidence of clinical or basic research in Gynaecological Oncology.
- Ability to make decisions at post MRCOG level.
- Full GMC registration and licence to practise.
- MRCOG part 2 or equivalent Intercalated degree/MD/PhD Other post graduate diploma.
- Evidence of work in a Gynaecological Oncology accredited centre.
- Ability to take clinical decisions in Gynaecological Oncology.
- Knowledge of the organization of a tertiary Gynaecological Oncology service.
- Management training and experience.
- A commitment to register for ATSM training.
