Main Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work with and support renal transplant recipients in the outpatient setting throughout their transplant journey. This involves working with patients to prepare them for transplant and caring for them after the procedure.

As a key member of the Renal Unit Transplant Team, you will be responsible for developing skills to see patients autonomously within the clinic setting. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Person Specification
  • 3 years' experience as a registered nurse in an acute hospital setting
  • Non-medical prescribing qualification
  • Experience of working in transplantation
