Job Title: Kidney Care Clinical Nurse Specialist

Division: General Medicine

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Chronic Kidney Disease service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist care to patients with chronic kidney disease, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renal nursing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist care to patients with chronic kidney disease
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Conduct health assessments and provide education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Evidence of study at degree level in Health/Nursing Related Studies
  • Formal leadership and ENB 998 or equivalent
  • A current driving license
  • Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in Renal nursing
