About the Assignment:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Conwy County. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families while working with a reputable organization that values equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop support plans for vulnerable children and families
  • Prepare comprehensive court reports and provide expert testimony as required
  • Collaborate with the client's team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in their care

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Care Wales
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment

What We Offer:

This is a full-time position (37HPW) with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. The assignment is expected to last approximately 12 weeks. While this opportunity presents a temporary solution, it provides a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.
