We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of Service, Integrated Care. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our service and contribute to the delivery of world-class patient care across Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of service improvement plans, ensuring financial and resource accountability.
  • Collaborate with trade unions and other partners to drive partnership working and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational and cultural change, ensuring a smooth transition to a new service structure.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, staff, and external partners.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the service, ensuring alignment with the Trust's purpose and values.
Requirements
  • Masters level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience working at a senior level in a service delivery environment.
  • Leadership and/or Management Qualification Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Current Silver/Tactical Commander qualification, with a requirement to complete the Gold/Strategic qualification post-appointment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Registered Nurse or Paramedic.
  • Contact centre management experience.
  • Ability to speak Welsh.
