**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and coordinate the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members
  • Manage and record medication administration to ensure resident safety
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Collaborate with care assistants to promote resident independence and well-being
  • Contribute to service development with the leadership team, focusing on delivering exceptional care

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
  • Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication
