- Team Management: Manage and motivate the Supported Accommodation team, conducting supervision and appraisals, and ensuring provision for staff development.
- Recruitment and Staff Management: Recruit and manage staff within service lines, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on operational issues, including opportunities and development plans, to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Experience: Working experience in children's residential social care, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Qualifications: Evidence of continuous and relevant professional development, with a good understanding of legislative frameworks, including the Supported Accommodation Regulations, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Employment Law, and Data Protection/GDPR.
- Skills: Ability to represent the organisation to external bodies and members of the community, with a positive, non-judgmental value base and a commitment to equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to drive to various projects across counties.
- Competitive Salary: From £35,000 per year.
