Job Title: Commissioning and Residential Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning and Residential Operations Manager to join our team at PPR Social Care. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will be responsible for managing the commissioning and residential operations across Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commissioning and residential operations across Buckinghamshire
  • Develop and implement effective commissioning strategies to meet the needs of children and young people
  • Lead and manage a team of residential operations staff
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing commissioning and residential operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
