We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Service Manager to join our team at Fevaca. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of safe, caring, and effective services to young people.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Work closely with our operational manager and directors to ensure the smooth running of our services.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of our services, including the development of action plans to address any areas of concern.
  • Ensure that our services are delivered in a way that promotes the well-being and safety of our young people.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a residential social care setting.
  • Strong understanding of the legislative frameworks that govern residential social care, including the Supported Accommodation Regulations.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
