About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Operations Manager to join our team at First Clinical Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operational performance and quality of patient services across General Surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to analyze operational performance data and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the Surgical directorate in meeting national and local performance standards, including General Surgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, Theatres, and ITU.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by strengthening operational performance management and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Foster relationships between other divisions to drive collaboration and shared goals.
  • Contribute to the development of annual activity plans that align with the Trust's performance, quality, and financial expectations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Medical Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
