Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 100% compliance with all Company policies and processes, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for both customers and colleagues.
  • Implement company decisions and take responsibility for achieving set targets and goals, including omni-channel sales and data capture.
  • Coach and develop talent, driving succession and creating strong teams that deliver outstanding results.
  • Lead by example, motivating and encouraging teamwork to achieve goals, and manage performance through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Operate within different roles, recognising and adjusting to change, and adapting to variation in work while maintaining a fast-paced and purposeful approach.
  • Deliver high-quality visual merchandising (VM) and implement strategic actions to increase conversion and drive key results.
  • Be well-organised and capable of planning efficiently to deliver results, using reports to make commercial and financial decisions that will increase profit.
  • Drive cost control, how to drive and protect profit, and be fully responsible for all areas of retail risk and health & safety.


Requirements



  • A good understanding of the latest trends and our competitors, with experience in VM and analysing reports to make commercial decisions.
  • Previous experience at Floor Manager level or be an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader looking for your next step up, with leadership skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage your team and deliver a world-class experience to our customers.
  • Able to make decisions, problem-solve, and take accountability with good planning skills, and have a good understanding of the importance of British Values.
