Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Store Team: Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our buying, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of store initiatives and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 year of people management experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
