  • Provide technical and functional support for various applications, portals, software, and equipment used in the business.
  • Support devices and users on a Windows network, including Windows computers, laptops, and Active Directory.
  • Deploy computers, laptops, and devices to users and provide ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry-related accreditations.
  • Create, monitor, and report on cumulative summary spreadsheets.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the operations.
  • Deploy and update software across the organization.
  • Administer the Microsoft 365 Suite.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware and software.
