The Sustainability Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication
  • Leading multiple sustainability projects from inception to delivery, prioritizing tasks, adapting to changing circumstances, and meeting deadlines
  • Analyzing and presenting sustainability data, leveraging IT systems to track key metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Translating complex scientific and technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • Developing and delivering sustainability training programs, resources, and tools tailored for operational teams
  • Contributing to the broader sustainability strategy by identifying emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in food sustainability

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sustainability within the food or food service industry
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across various levels
  • Strong project management skills, with a knack for quick thinking and prioritization
  • Proficient in data analysis, sustainability reporting, and IT systems used for tracking sustainability metrics
  • Excellent presentation, training, and written communication skills
  • A passion for food, food service, and sustainable practices within the sector
