About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Learning Facilitator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Wigan. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our SEN students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with SEN students, implementing tailored support plans that cater to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure seamless integration of support services, promoting a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and regular feedback.
Requirements:
  • A degree or certification in Special Education, with a strong emphasis on student-centered support.
  • Proven experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their diverse requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
