Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at London Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to strict company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine safety inspections and rectify defects identified during inspections.
- Attend to vehicle breakdowns as requested by the Fleet/Engineering Manager or Supervisor.
- Complete job cards, safety inspections sheets, and drivers' defect reports accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the workshop remains clean and tidy at all times.
- Comply with company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Desirable: PCV/HGV Licence, relevant City & Guilds qualifications, and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Previous experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
