Join Firmdale Hotels as a Key Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious Charlotte Street Hotel in London.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with all Managers to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • You will act as a liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operational team, constantly monitoring and upholding our service standards.
  • Your responsibilities will include ensuring the security of the hotel across all departments, conducting regular health and safety checks, and delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
  • You will establish strong and professional relationships with guests, attend and manage any incidents or accidents involving guests or team members, and provide operational support to all departments as needed.
