The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our 2-person team responsible for carrying out repairs on the Waste Water network in Inverness and surrounding areas.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for undertaking technical activities on various workstreams, including repairing and maintaining sewers. This role requires a high level of physical activity, and you must be able to demonstrate your ability to perform in this aspect.

You will also be required to work in a team environment, ensuring all customer and client interaction is professional and in accordance with procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with legal and legislative policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake all aspects of work required by line management
  • Minimise disruption to local residents and meet contract KPIs and client-specific requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all data recorded on information management systems
  • Adhere to Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following accreditations and experience: CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and first aid. A full and valid driving licence is essential for this role.
