The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a 2-person team responsible for repairing and maintaining the Waste Water network in Inverness and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical activities, including repairing and maintaining sewers, and be able to demonstrate an extensive amount of physical activity.

The role requires a high level of travel, and the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake all aspects of work required by line management
  • Minimise disruption to local residents and meet contract KPIs and client-specific requirements
  • Ensure professional customer and client interaction in accordance with procedures
  • Comply with legal and legislative policies and procedures
  • Cooperate in incident/accident/damage investigations
  • Accurately complete data recorded on information management systems
  • Adhere to Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following accreditations and experience: CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and first aid.

A full and valid driving licence is essential for this role, and excavator, towing, and Streetworks (NRSWA) tickets are highly desirable.
